Our flagship hot sauce and winner of the 2025 Washington DC State Fair Hot Sauce Contest, City State Hot Sauce is made with Fatalii, Ausilio, and Maule’s variety peppers for a perfect balance of sweet, smoke, and medium heat. We organically grow our own peppers here at the Park View Sky Farm rooftop garden in Washington DC as well as at the Chirandu Farm in Dickerson MD.
